Main Terminal sequence
International check-in is on Level 4 and the public arrivals hall is on Level 2. Live airline and airport displays remain the final source for the counter, gate and baggage belt.
BKK · Airport guide
A personal greeter waits for you at Suvarnabhumi Airport, walks beside your group through the arrival or departure formalities and sets a pace that works for everyone — from ฿2,700 (~$81) per passenger.

BKK · MAIN TERMINAL + SAT-1
The meeting arrangement depends on direction and the live flight route. Departure guests receive a confirmed Main Terminal point; arrival guidance follows the assigned concourse or SAT-1 route before the public arrivals exit.
International check-in is on Level 4 and the public arrivals hall is on Level 2. Live airline and airport displays remain the final source for the counter, gate and baggage belt.
Passengers assigned SAT-1 use the automated people mover after the required Main Terminal formalities. SAT-1 arrivals return to the Main Terminal route for passport control, baggage and customs.
The Airport Rail Link station is on Level B1 and the official public-taxi queue is on Level 1. A Fast Track booking does not include transport unless a separate transfer add-on is confirmed.
Official BKK Fast Track includes a personal escort and uses eligible priority facilities when open and authorised. Airport operations and government authorities retain control, so no fixed completion time is guaranteed.
BKK · Who meets you, and where
The team monitors your confirmed flight and emails the exact meeting instructions after reviewing the booking.
An airport escort assigned specifically to your flight, holding a name sign for the lead passenger and staying with your group throughout the booked service.
Departing guests meet the greeter at a confirmed point in the Main Terminal check-in area on Level 4. Arriving guests are met along the arrival route and guided toward immigration, baggage reclaim and the Level 2 exit. The exact point is confirmed by email.
The greeter guides the formalities covered by the service, uses priority handling where the airport has it open, and helps coordinate a driver or onward transport when you tell us about one.
BKK · Who the service helps most
It is the same service, paced for your group — tell the team what you need during booking.
The greeter watches the group pace, keeps a regrouping point, helps with the pushchair and routes past lifts instead of escalators where needed.
A slower pace and seated pauses whenever needed, plus the optional electric buggy at +฿1,500 (~$45) per paying passenger on eligible routes. If a wheelchair is needed, also arrange it with the airline in advance.
No guessing at signs, language or the order of formalities — the greeter explains each step and answers questions along the way.
A clear route and punctual escort, keeping the airport portion of the trip as predictable as live operations allow.
At Suvarnabhumi Airport they are one bundled service. Every Fast Track booking includes the personal greeter, and every meet-and-greet booking includes priority handling wherever the airport has it open.
There is no cheaper greeter-only tier: one published rate of ฿2,700 (~$81) per passenger covers the welcome, the escort and the guidance through the booked journey.
฿2,700 (~$81) per passenger (adult or child aged 5–11) for an arrival or a departure. Up to two children under 5 are free per paying adult. See the full price table or book online.
You do not have to choose. At this airport they are the same bundled service: one booking includes the personal greeter and the priority handling where it is available.
After the team reviews the booking you receive an email with the exact meeting point. Keep the booking reference and lead-passenger name ready, and contact the team at any time if you cannot find each other.
Children need a responsible adult in the same booking under airline rules. Elderly travellers who can walk are very welcome; if a wheelchair is needed, arrange it with the airline and mention it in the booking notes.
