The route after landing
International arrivals complete immigration in the assigned processing area, collect bags, pass customs and enter the public arrivals hall on Level 2. SAT-1 arrivals first take the APM to the Main Terminal.
Follow Arrivals, Immigration, Baggage Claim and Customs signs in order. Do not leave reclaim before reporting a baggage problem to the airline.
Prepare before touchdown
Keep your passport, arrival documents, accommodation address and flight details easy to reach. If someone is meeting you, confirm the name, meeting point and contact channel before travel.
In the public hall, use signed counters or a confirmed pickup location and verify the vehicle or booking reference before leaving.
Checklist
