BKK · MAIN TERMINAL + SAT-1

Airports of Thailand operates Suvarnabhumi, airlines control flights and baggage, and Thai authorities control border, customs and security decisions. The Fast Track team controls only the confirmed commercial meet-and-assist booking.

01

Main Terminal sequence

International check-in is on Level 4 and the public arrivals hall is on Level 2. Live airline and airport displays remain the final source for the counter, gate and baggage belt.

02

SAT-1 is a separate gate journey

Passengers assigned SAT-1 use the automated people mover after the required Main Terminal formalities. SAT-1 arrivals return to the Main Terminal route for passport control, baggage and customs.

03

Ground transport has its own levels

The Airport Rail Link station is on Level B1 and the official public-taxi queue is on Level 1. A Fast Track booking does not include transport unless a separate transfer add-on is confirmed.

04

Priority handling has limits

Official BKK Fast Track includes a personal escort and uses eligible priority facilities when open and authorised. Airport operations and government authorities retain control, so no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

Fast Track service terms

Conditions for requesting and using VIP Fast Track at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

  • A booking request is processed after the team reviews service availability, passenger and flight details, and payment. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee service confirmation.
  • All five Fast Track tiers have published pricing. The arrival tier with buggy, private personal butler and porter service is THB 5,100 per passenger. Booking one arrival and one departure tier together receives 10% off their combined price. One paying-passenger category covers everyone age 5 or older. Up to two children under 5 travel free per paying passenger; additional children pay the full rate. Buggy and porter are included only in the tiers that name them; they are not separate add-ons. A private taxi for up to 3 passengers is THB 2,200 per selected journey; a large private vehicle for up to 8 is THB 2,700 . Smaller groups may choose the larger vehicle. For airport pickup, the driver meets the passengers in arrivals with a name sign.
  • The person booking must provide accurate passenger names and nationality, flight number, local date and time, contact channel, passenger ages and the information needed to coordinate the service. Tell the team promptly if the flight or travel date changes.
  • Passengers remain responsible for passports, visas, TDAC, travel approvals, customs declarations and compliance with airport, airline, immigration, customs and security rules.
  • Service is subject to staff availability and live airport operations. Priority facilities may close or have a queue; no fixed processing time or authority outcome is guaranteed.
  • Online payment accepts cards from any bank: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay. Check the amount, recipient and reference before paying, and retain the receipt.
  • Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
  • Fast Track is meet-and-assist. It cannot bypass mandatory procedures or change a government-authority decision. The airport, airlines and authorities act under their own control.

privacy policy

What the website and booking system collect, why it is used, who can access it and how long it is retained.

  • Booking data can include names, nationality, contact details, flight information, passenger ages, notes, booking references and payment status. Passenger photos and passport images are not requested for this airport.
  • We use the data to process the request, identify passengers, coordinate airport staff and meeting instructions, monitor the flight, allocate an invoice, protect the booking system and answer booking questions.
  • Booking data and documents are kept in a private system with access limited to managers or processors needed to deliver the service. Identity documents are not sold or used for advertising.
  • Booking records and audit events remain available to the manager and are never deleted automatically. Bookings do not request passenger photos or passport images.
  • Website analytics uses self-hosted Umami through a first-party path. It is cookieless, respects Do Not Track, excludes URL query strings, and does not record session replay, heatmaps or form fields. Passport data, passenger names and booking details are not sent to Umami.
  • The payment provider and any external channel a visitor chooses to open apply their own privacy and security terms. Review them before sharing data or paying.
  • Request access, correction or deletion at info@airporthai.com and include the booking reference. Some requests may require payment verification or compliance with an applicable legal obligation first.
